1. How many games and practices are there?

Squirt and Peewee teams will have one organizational practice at the start of the season and then play 12 regular season games followed by 2 play-off games! Mites will play on Sunday's starting on April 16th and ending on June 18th.

2. How do I register and pay?

You need to register on-line (see registration tab). All players who register will receive the league info via e-mail and website access. The league fee is $95 for Mites and $150 for all other levels which includes a league jersey to keep! The money is due at your first ice time in April. Checks should be made payable to Graham Arena. Cash is accepted as well.

3. What are the league start and end dates?

The league starts on or after April 16th and ends on or before June 18th.

4. How are teams formed?

We will accept the first 60 skaters and 8 goalies per age level. Players are encouraged to play at the level in which they will play at next season, but the choice is yours to make. Players from all communities are welcome to sign up to play. We will form the teams with league parity as our first objective. Family members will be placed on the same team (if desired), but all teammate requests will be secondary to league parity.

5. When will games be played?

Squirt and Peewee games will be weeknights at 6:00pm, 7:15pm, and 8:30pm. Weekend games will be between 10:30am - 8:30pm. Each team will have one weekday and one weekend game each week. . All teams will rotate through the schedule so every team will play at different times on different nights. The Mites will play on Sundays and will play in the cross-ice format.

6. We play spring sports and travel ... what if we miss games?

Everyone will miss games! The league is priced inexpensivly taking into consideration that kids have other activities taking place as well. The teams have 15 skaters (3 lines) so there is room for kids to miss and still field enough kids to play the games.

7. What about paperwork or other information?

The RSHL will send out all information by e-mail and league registration will take place on the website. There is a paper waiver that each player will need signed by an adult (parent). Other than that waiver everything else can be found at www.grahamarena.com!

8. How good do your hockey skills have to be? Are you able to play with little experience?

Players of all abilities will fit in. I would recommend having basic skating, stickhandling, passing, and shooting skills.

9. Is there going to be a 2019 Spring League? If so when does registration open. Thank you

Registration for the RSHL will be coming by mid-February. Look for info posted at Graham Arena at at www.returnoftherobinjr.com

10. Is there a phone number I could call to find out more information about the league? I'm just trying to determine what kind of experience my son needs prior to joining the termite league, but I'm not seeing a phone number to call. Thanks

For all RSHL questions you can call Bob at 507-358-8991

11. Do we have to have are own equipment?

Yes. All players need to be fully equipped just like the regular winter season.

12. What are the open skate times during the RSHL season?

We will schedule open hockey which will be free for the kids in the RSHL and that will take place in late March through the end of June. Look fort that schedule coming soon!

13. I know in the past that Bantams have been able to sign up for spring league even though it is only open up to Peewee level. Do you know if that will be an option again this year? If so, will it be communicated to those that currently play at the Bantam level? Thanks, April

The league is open for peewees who have not played bantam hockey. If you have already played at the bantam level then you would not be eligible to play in the RSHL. If you are a peewee moving up next year to the bantam level then you would be eligible to play one more season of the RSHL.
